Help with the Horses
We love to have helpers of all ages assist with the horses. We offer chances to learn to work with the horses directly as well as participate in general care and upkeep. Mucking, feeding, cleaning tack and carriages, and grooming, are some of the most common activities for our volunteers!
Work in the Gardens
& Orchards
Soothe your Soul! We have two orchards, two gardens and a greenhouse on the property where we grow a variety of herbs, fruits, vegetables and flowers, and make aroma therapy sachets.
Weeding, harvesting, watering and general care are things we always need help with, so if you're interested in learning more about growing, harvesting, preparing and preserving food we have plenty of ways for
volunteers to help!
Help with the Property
Other than the animals, pastures, barns and gardens, we also have trails, trees,
trains, a playground, two campfire circles, ponds, a flower cutting garden in tubs, a willow weaving fence, and other living attractions that always need TLC! We have plenty of activities needing organizers, decorators, greeters, "gofurs", ticket-takers, parking attendants, beckoning assistance!
