Trillium Creek Training & Rehabilitation Coalition (TCTC) is a lifetime home for horses saved from abuse, neglect, illness, injury, malnutrition, or just old age.
They have been healed and retrained with patience to become beloved senior therapy horses sharing their lives with dignity at this nationally accredited Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries (GFAS) equine sanctuary. These horses are integral to the refuge TCTC provides humans, especially children, surviving abuse, neglect, grief, illness, injury, trauma, malnutrition and wars. The children’s love for the horses, and the unconditional love for the children from the horses, creates mutual healing by rebuilding Trust. TCTC's individually focused youth leadership program embraces the arts, music, play, summer theatre, nature (with trails threading through a unique wildlife corridor offering contemplation); and a greenhouse, gardens and orchards (for life-enriching exposure to creating therapeutic beauty growing/preserving fresh, revitalizing flowers, herbs and food). Volunteers of all ages love our therapy horses and dedicate themselves to one simple motto while caring for them: "Work HARD and be NICE". TCTC is a 501(c)3 non-profit. Donations are fully tax-deductible and vital to caring for these special horses who serve so many humans.
